When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number when provided, order details, and correspondence. We use it to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, handle returns, and maintain business records. If you create an account, we store your account information and order history.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment, billing, order, and device information may be shared with Stripe to process transactions and help prevent fraud. Our store receives payment status and transaction references; full card numbers and security codes are not stored in our WordPress database. Our hosting provider processes site data to operate the store. We use Google/Gmail for business and order email, and share shipping information with USPS to deliver orders. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.
