Shipping
We ship physical diecast models within the United States from Plymouth, Indiana. Orders ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
USPS shipping is $8.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item in the same order. This is our store shipping charge, not a live USPS postage quote. Your shipping charge and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Carrier transit time is additional to our handling time.
Returns
You may request a return of an unopened item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email forgefoundllc@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return so we can provide return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Pack models carefully to protect the model and its collectible packaging. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue any approved refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact forgefoundllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Keep the packaging while we resolve the issue. Forge & Found covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
